About El

El is a young Labrador Retriever mix currently fostered in Texas, and she's ready for a new beginning. After being abandoned in Dallas with a badly healed leg and a litter of puppies, she has shown incredible resilience, nurturing her pups until they found loving homes. Now, it’s her turn to shine. Despite a rough start, El is soaking up the love and security in her foster home. She enjoys playing outside, demonstrating her joyful spirit through quick sprints and playful antics. While sudden noises can still startle her, El seeks reassurance and returns to her human companions with gentle nudges. She's potty and crate trained, learning quickly what is expected of her. El thrives in a stable environment where she can gradually adjust. She is friendly with both dogs and cats, and it's essential that she joins a family with another dog. She needs patient humans who will help her overcome her fears and understand that touch means kindness, not harm. This affectionate girl is eager to find her forever home where she can truly belong and feel safe. Click apply to start the adoption process.
