About Francine
Meet Francine! At around 10-12 months old, she’s a sprightly Terrier and Shih Tzu mix who came to us as a stray. While she was not claimed by her previous family, we are getting to know her delightful personality as she adjusts to shelter life. Though initially a bit bashful, Francine quickly reveals her playful side and has a good dose of spunk. It's important to be patient with her as she settles into a new home—another friendly dog might help her feel more secure, but it’s not a must. She'd likely thrive in a home with older, respectful children who can appreciate her boundaries. Francine wasn’t confirmed as house trained, and she’s still learning the ropes with a leash, but she’s making progress. This little lap girl enjoys being near her favorite people and is great in her kennel. She loves playing outside, especially fetch! If you’re seeking an active, snuggly companion and have the patience to help her adjust, Francine could be the perfect fit! Francine will be spayed and fully vaccinated before adoption. To meet her, applications must be submitted and approved in advance. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
