He was finally surrendered to a shelter in Long Island (NY) when moving around proved increasingly tough on his old bones. Arthritis is slowing him down, and he is hard of hearing and doesnt see too well. Despite these challenges, Junya is a loving, welcoming and joyful pup. Hes thriving in his foster home, giving and receiving lots of cuddles and kisses. He wants to be part of the action but is never demanding, gets along nicely with dogs and cats, and spends a lot of time napping on the couch.
