Oscar’s been working with a veterinary behaviorist to manage fear-based anxiety. His progress has been noticeable with consistent training, structure, and medication. He needs an experienced adopter—someone patient and comfortable working with anxious or fearful dogs. Oscar will do best in a calm environment without children, where routines are respected and he can keep building his confidence.
