About Flor

Flor is a resilient 65-lb female Rottweiler with a warm heart and a playful spirit. At around 6-7 years old, she’s ready for her next big adventure after overcoming a tough start in life. Rescued from a canal ditch in Mexico, she’s now strong, happy, and eager to enjoy life to its fullest. Potty trained and crate trained, Flor also walks well on a leash and loves to entertain herself in her crate when you’re not home. Once you’re back, she’s all about fun, affection, and maybe a game of fetch or two! Flor adores tennis balls, squeaky toys, and even water play—just give her a hose, and she’s in her element. While she'd love a yard to play in, she adapts well indoors, just needing some active playtime and love. She enjoys the company of bigger kids best and would thrive in a home with a single human or a more submissive dog. It’s worth noting that her back legs are still healing, so a home with fewer stairs would be ideal. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who has a ton of love to give and a knack for making every day fun, Flor might just be the one for you. Her adoption fee is $300, covering vaccinations, spaying, and microchipping. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
