About Piper
Meet Piper! This charming 18-month-old Terrier mix is about 30 pounds of pure affection. Piper is currently in a foster home in San Antonio, TX, and requires interested adopters to travel there to complete the adoption process. Upon entering rescue, Piper was quite matted, so she was shaved down for comfort just in time for the Texas heat. While her beautiful coat will grow back, her loving nature is already on full display. Piper adores people of all ages and lights up when her family comes home, offering enthusiastic greetings. She has shown great potential with her manners; Piper is house trained using the dog door and does well in her kennel. Piper seeks a loving family that will continue to build her confidence and enrich her social skills. She's eager for adventures, family road trips, and all the experiences life has to offer. If you're ready for a joyful companion who will cherish every moment with you, Piper is eager to meet her forever family! Please remember, adopting a pet is a long-term commitment, so ensure you can provide a loving home for her entire life, which could be 15 years or more. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
