Sam is a striking Corgi with distinctive merle markings and one blue eye, making him truly stand out. He came from a shelter in Kentucky, found as a stray and never claimed. Estimated to be around 1 year old, Sam is on the smaller side and requires a patient home where he can adjust to new people and situations. He may be wary of fast movements or grabbing hands, so a household with small children might not be the best fit for him. Once he feels secure, he blossoms into a loving companion who craves connection. While Sam lives with dogs in his foster home, he prefers the company of people. Initially, he might shy away and observe from a distance, but once trust is established, he opens up and gives his heart completely. All of his vet care is up to date, including his neuter.
