It was a heartbreaking but loving choice to ensure they would never suffer. Winston loves to curl up in laps, greets everyone like an old friend, and believes every conversation should include him. Tell him he's handsome, and you’ll find a best friend for life. Colby, while just as affectionate, is a bit more sensitive to thunderstorms, but with a reassuring word (and maybe a treat), he quickly settles down. Both boys are potty trained, enjoy short walks, love car rides, and thrive as terrific travel companions. They were allowed on furniture in their former home and cherish snuggling in bed. Gentle and calm, they'd thrive in a peaceful home without loud arguments or intimidating larger dogs. Instead, they love kindness, routine, soft blankets, and each other. They have already found their soulmate in one another and are now waiting for the person who will provide a lifetime of love, belly rubs, and bedtime cuddles.
