About Bugsey
Meet Bugsey, a charming little Beagle in Dunnellon, FL, looking for his forever home. He’s a total sweetheart, bursting with affection and good manners. Bugsey adores giving tiny kisses and loves a good belly rub, always eager for pats and attention. He gets along well with other dogs but prefers to be the focus of affection without being aggressive. Cats are mostly ignored by him unless they swat at him, in which case he’ll bark but no harm is meant. This curious companion enjoys hanging out in the kitchen to supervise but doesn’t beg or get underfoot. You’ll find him quietly watching while you eat, displaying some serious patience. Bugsey is gentle when it comes to treats, and he greets you with enthusiasm and plenty of tail wags upon your return. His energy level is moderate; he sleeps soundly in his dog bed and has shown great progress with house training, having only one accident when he first arrived. Bugsey thrives on human affection and will do best in a home that matches his moderate needs for activity. He is heartworm negative, fully vetted, and ready for a sleepover!
