About Vale
Vale is a sweet sato looking for a fresh start and a loving forever home. This young female Shepherd and Retriever mix, weighing about 35 lbs, is eager to explore the world around her. Currently staying in a Puerto Rico shelter, Vale is ready to transition to the DC area and needs a foster or permanent home. Vale gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in an environment where she can socialize, take regular walks, and enjoy visits to the dog park. Integrating her into a household with a resident dog would be ideal, as she will benefit from companionship during her adjustment period. While she hasn't yet been tested with cats or children, the rescue is happy to discuss how to help her settle in. Vale deserves a family that will help her grow and understand what it means to be loved and safe. She's ready for sniffy walks and romps in parks, plus all the adventures that await. In return, she promises endless loyalty and affection. Can you see her by your side? Start your journey together by adopting or fostering this sweet girl!
