About Huron
Meet Huron, a sweet and playful puppy from the Great Lakes litter. Born on April 30, 2026, he’s a Lab/Hound mix who currently weighs around 10-16 lbs, but he will grow into a large dog. Huron is living in a foster home with other dogs and enjoys playing with children, showing his friendly nature. His foster mentions that he's just discovered the baby pool and loves it. Huron is affectionate and enjoys cuddling when he's worn out from playtime. He interacts well with his litter mates and is eager to play with larger dogs too. Like any puppy, Huron will need some time to adjust to a new home and family expectations. His future owners must be ready for the responsibilities of pet ownership, which includes daily exercise, ongoing training, and socialization. A well-exercised puppy is a happy puppy! If you’re drawn to Huron, he could be the perfect fit for your active household. Apply today!
