Sophia is a stunning blue silver torbie Maine Coon with captivating green eyes and luxurious long fur that hardly sheds. At age six and weighing 17 pounds, she’s a beautiful and mature presence. Spayed and up to date on vaccinations, she’s also FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped, and equipped with her claws. Sophia is an engaging companion who loves to follow her humans around the house, establishing eye contact while quietly chirping when she craves attention, especially around meal times. This clever cat can leap onto countertops and has a knack for opening cabinet doors, making it essential for her family to keep things out of her reach. Drinking from a fresh faucet is her preferred hydration method. While Sophia is not a lap cat, she enjoys being close, often laying beside you. Having recently dealt with dental work improving her appetite, Sophia tends to be timid and may require some adjustment in her new home. She thrives on wet food, particularly fish flavors, and occasionally relishes human-grade chicken. Sophia gets along with other cats but prefers a relaxed feline friend; she isn’t fond of dogs and should ideally not share her home with children under 12.
