About Turbo
Turbo is a big domestic longhair mix with the look and charm of a Maine Coon. He came into rescue after a rough start as a stray and some time in an animal hospital. Once shy, he now warms up to people who give him security and patience. Turbo is most relaxed in quiet homes, especially those without young children or too much chaos. He can tolerate another calm cat given a slow introduction, but he generally prefers being an only pet. He lived previously with other cats, dogs, and kids, but he was sometimes overwhelmed and might get nippy if he feels stressed. Turbo is affectionate and sweet once he's comfortable. He enjoys gentle petting, cuddles, and is known for his love of canned food—Dave’s pate is a favorite. He's house trained and already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and vet-checked. Only measured feedings are recommended, free feeding doesn’t suit him. Turbo’s ideal adopter is someone offering a steady environment and understanding his need for security. If you’re looking for a gentle, slightly quirky companion to fill your quieter home, Turbo could easily fit in. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
