About Trixie
Trixie is a charming Terrier mix ready to steal your heart. This sweet, cuddly, spayed female is 2.5 years old and weighs 15 lbs. She has a unique personality that balances affection with independence. Trixie enjoys short walks and loves to play with stuffies, but she mainly prefers to chill out and relax during the day. In the yard, she might be found napping or soaking up the sun. Although Trixie gets along with dogs—especially smaller ones—she can be a bit cautious when meeting new furry friends, taking her time to warm up before engaging in play. Please note she has special medical needs stemming from a congenital malformation at her L4 vertebra, which requires ongoing management like acupuncture and pain relief. Trixie is a smart girl, fully house trained, and knows how to use a doggie door. She might need some accommodations at home, particularly with stairs. Overall, Trixie is an affectionate little soul who deserves a loving forever home where she can continue to thrive and be cared for. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
