About RASCAL IS POUNDS

Rascal is seeking a loving foster or adopter who can provide him with the safe home he deserves. Just a month ago, he and his best friend faced a traumatic experience when they were abandoned. Tragically, Rascal's friend did not survive the ordeal, leaving him frightened and unsure of whom to trust. Fortunately, Rascal is now beginning to show his sweet personality, thriving under care and kindness. This young, small male, mixed breed dog has short fur in a beautiful apricot and beige color. He gets along well with other dogs, which can help him continue to heal from his past. Although he is not housetrained yet, he is fully vaccinated and altered. Rascal has been through so much already, and he is eager for a second chance at happiness filled with love, comfort, and safety. Help us give Rascal the loving home he deserves.
