About Dolores
Meet Dolores! This charming lady is outgoing and loves connecting with people during her daily strolls. She enjoys sun puddles, cozy naps, cuddling, and of course, belly rubs and treatsโnaps are her favorite! With a sweet and playful demeanor, Dolores is curious about other dogs, though she can be a bit shy initially. She gets along well with kiddos, making her a fantastic family pet. Given her temperament, she'd thrive in a home with large breed dogs or ideally, as the only dog. Dolores was found running toward a highway in East Texas, looking rough around the edges. A vet examined her and suspects she had been kept on a chain and possibly abused. Now, she's ready for a loving home that will cherish her for the beautiful soul she is. She's up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on heartworm prevention. While she is believed to be spayed, we cannot confirm this without a further evaluation. If needed, her spay will be covered by LHS. If you want to adopt this sweet lady, complete an online application today!
