About Bodhi
Meet Bodhi, a one-and-a-half-year-old American Bulldog and Pit Bull Terrier mix looking for a forever home. Recently rescued from a precarious situation, he's now thriving in a foster environment where love and care have helped him show his true self. Bodhi is a large, affectionate companion who adores people. His favorite pastime? Rolling over for belly rubs. Whether it’s a quiet night in or an adventure around town, Bodhi stays calm and collected. Living with two dogs and two cats, Bodhi has adjusted well to his foster family. He’s even met children and done well with them, although he might do better in a home with older kids due to his somewhat mouthy nature. With great manners and certain commands mastered like 'sit', 'paw', and 'down', he’s not only cute but well-behaved. Bodhi enjoys the company of other dogs, particularly females, but can be a bit dominant with males. Thoughtful introductions are key. After his near miss with a sad fate, Bodhi is ready to find the family he’s always wanted. If you're ready to give this remarkable dog a chance, apply today and open your heart. Your new pet will need a bit of a refresher on house training, but K-9 Lifesavers recommends enrolling in obedience classes, which helps bond the dog with the new family. Adoption fees cover vetting essentials, including vaccinations and the future cost of spaying/neutering. Click apply to start the adoption process.
