Meet Meatball! If happiness came with four legs and a wagging tail, it would be Meatball. This 3-year-old Heeler mix weighs about 45-50 pounds and has a goofy, joyful spirit that embraces life with all his enthusiasm. Whether it's time for a walk, a belly rub, or just lounging around with his people, Meatball is all in. His adventures often include sniffing every trail on hikes, enjoying a good bone, and soaking up all the cuddles he can get. He has a charming habit of performing a full trust fall right when you reach out to pet him, and his smile is infectious. It's hard not to grin back when he flashes his happy face! Meatball is house trained, crate trained, and behaves like a champion in the car. He’s a dream on a leash and is relatively quiet at home. After a daily walk or some playtime, he's content to settle in for snuggles. Treats motivate him, making training fun and engaging. He adores people and quickly makes friends. While he's done well with children, his energetic zoomies might suit a home with older kids best. He's enjoyed playing with other dogs but may find it happier as an only dog or with a carefully chosen canine companion due to a past disagreement with another foster. Meatball would thrive in a moderately active family with a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore. He’s healthy, affectionate, endlessly entertaining, and more than ready to bring laughter and love into his forever home.
