Meet Bear, a sweet and handsome German Shepherd who finds himself in need of a new home after being surrendered due to his owner's health. At about 4.5 years old and over 100 pounds, it's evident that Bear was very much loved. He knows essential commands like sit, come, heel, and, when he feels like it, stay. He's also a great companion on a leash and has a strong love for playing ball. Bear is very friendly and excels as a family dog. He gets along well with female dogs and can thrive as the only dog in a household. This affectionate boy is house trained and ready to bring joy into your life. Bear is currently fostered in Texas but available for adoption and transport to your location. His adoption fee of $300 covers vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter, heartworm test, and current flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed before departure.
