Alani is a vibrant, four-year-old who’s on her way to getting fit again. She's socialized well with people, dogs, and cats, though she can be a bit timid around men. With some treats and friendly encouragement, she quickly warms up! Alani loves her canine companions and thrives in the company of male dogs. While she gets along with some female dogs, their strong personalities can clash at times. She’s even enjoyed doggy daycare and has had kitty siblings in the past, though she’s still figuring out how to communicate with them. Alani does not prefer small children, as their fast movements can overwhelm her. A bit quirky, Alani is learning boundaries, especially when it comes to cuddles and greetings. Adventures are fantastic, but she also appreciates couch time with a good rope toy or bone. She relaxes well when her foster mom is at work, though she greets her enthusiastically upon return.
