Meet Abby! This beautiful 4-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bully mix weighs 64 lbs and is as sweet as her name suggests. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and all set to find her forever family. Abby has a calm, gentle soul balanced with a playful spirit. She enjoys time with her foster sister and greets new dogs with a wagging tail and big smile. Although she can show a bit of jealousy, she’s respectful and easygoing, making her suitable as an only dog or with a compatible canine friend. Every so often, she gets the cutest case of the zoomies, reminding everyone of her fun-loving side. Fully house trained and crate trained, Abby even puts herself to bed each night. While she’s crated when left home alone, she settles in beautifully. She enjoys leisurely walks and manages stairs with ease. Although car rides aren’t her favorite, she behaves well during them. One of Abby's sweetest traits is her love for cuddling. Despite her size, she firmly believes she’s a lap dog and loves to be close to her people. She’s independent, smart, and wonderfully calm, although thunderstorms can be a bit scary for her. We recommend a home with older, dog-savvy kids (10+), as there's no history of her living with younger children or cats. Abby’s foster describes her perfectly: "She’s practically perfect."
