About S'more
S'more came to PUP after his rural family sought help finding good homes for several unplanned litters of puppies. He's a charming little guy with a great personality, making it hard to snap a bad photo of him. While we can't pinpoint his exact lineage, he’s likely a blend of German Shepherd, Husky, and maybe even some Aussie traits. At just 10 weeks old, S'more weighs about 7.7 pounds, and we anticipate he'll be a medium-size dog when fully grown. His new family should be ready to adapt, whether he grows larger or smaller than expected. Early socialization is critical for puppies like S'more; he's eager to explore different environments and meet various people and dogs. Engaging with him through playdates and trips to pet-friendly places will help him develop the skills he needs to thrive. He has been vet checked, vaccinated, and dewormed but will need two more vaccinations and rabies shots at the owner's expense. His first surgery will be covered by the adoption fee, provided it’s completed by six months at the PUP clinic. S'more is not yet house trained, and while he's good with other dogs and children, he requires a commitment to socialization and training.
