Purrince — The Gentle Giant Who Thinks He's a Lap Cat Meet Purrince, an oversized sweetheart who weighs about 14 pounds but believes he's the perfect size for your lap. If you take a seat, chances are he'll climb right up to cuddle, resting his head on your hand or feet for a cozy moment together. Before being rescued by Give Me Shelter from the Stockton shelter, Purrince struggled with stomatitis, which made eating uncomfortable. Thankfully, after receiving the dental care he needed, he’s now all about love and companionship. He enjoys being part of everything you do—whether supervising while you fold laundry or offering his help while you work on the computer. When it's time for relaxation, expect Purrince to nap beside you, curl up on soft blankets, or nudge your hand for some affection. He loves face massages and has earned the title of expert biscuit maker during his downtime. Purrince is also playful, enjoying wand toys and the occasional sprawl on his cat tower to keep watch over his surroundings. Friendly and sociable, he gets along with everyone he meets and prefers to stay close to his humans. Quiet by nature, he will voice his excitement come dinner time or when greeting you at the door. Despite being FIV+, Purrince can still have a long, healthy life, and there’s plenty of information available to reassure you.
