About Indy
Indy is a lively guy who's just shy of 10 years old. Originally a stray from Valencia County, he has settled into his foster home in Albuquerque and is eager to find a permanent family. He enjoys being near his humans, soaking up all the action around him. Although he’s crate trained, Indy prefers being out and about, where he can wander freely with his loved ones. Indy is currently learning to walk on a leash and is doing well with his outdoor bathroom routines, though he does occasionally mark his territory. He’s a friendly dog who gets along well with other dogs but prefers a peaceful interaction without tiny dogs getting too close. Indy is focused on dropping a little weight to ensure his health as he ages. This sweet gentleman can’t wait to meet someone who will cherish him as much as he cherishes companionship.
