About Carmie

Carmie is an older girl who spent time stray and has adapted to life without sight. Blindness hasn't slowed her down, but it has sharpened her sense of independence. She gets along with other dogs, though she mostly prefers her own company. Carmie spends her days strolling at her pace, sometimes relaxing beside you and sometimes just doing as she pleases. She isn’t house trained at this point, but that’s part of her journey. Carmie enjoys quiet moments and doesn’t ask for much beyond a comfortable space. As an Aquarius, she’s a true original—simple and content in her own world. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Carmie’s independence and care needs fall somewhere in the middle—a gentle, attentive owner, whether experienced or not, who understands senior dogs will suit her well.
Does this breed typically get along with dogs?
Chihuahuas like Carmie can get along with other dogs, but she prefers doing her own thing and would appreciate dogs who leave her in peace.

Chihuahua mixes are often fine with cats if introduced carefully, and Carmie would likely do well with calm cats that respect her space.
Does this breed typically get along with small animals?
