Meet Lolis! At just 10 months old, this lovely shepherd mix has made remarkable progress. Found wandering the streets of Cleveland, TX, Lolis was searching for food, but now she’s safe, cherished, and learning what it means to be part of a family. Her gentle spirit is truly heartwarming. Lolis enjoys belly rubs and thrives on affection from her humans, including kids. She’s crate trained, loves to lounge, and is happiest when she’s close by your side. She gets along well with other dogs in her foster home and has even made a friend with a calm senior lab next door. Despite her friendly nature, Lolis can be a bit timid, especially during walks. Thoughtful introductions to new dogs will help her feel more secure. Like many who haven’t had an easy start, Lolis is gradually building her confidence. With patience, love, and her favorite treats (she's quite food motivated), she continues to blossom every day. Her ideal home would be patient and supportive as she grows, offer plenty of affection and belly rubs, continue her basic training, and might have a calm dog to help her adjust (though this isn’t required). Lolis is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and heartworm negative. She’s ready to begin her next chapter. Lolis is a sweet, gentle soul who just wants to feel safe and loved.
