About BlueJay
Meet BlueJay, a spirited senior lady eager to bask in her golden years. This delightful 13-year-old female, an 8 lb Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, brings charm and personality to every moment. Rescued from a shelter after being left behind by her former owner, she’s ready to find a loving home that appreciates her vibrant spirit and affectionate nature. BlueJay may be petite, but she's full of life. Though a little grumpy when others invade her sleeping space, she thrives in the company of calm dogs, preferring to be the only focus of her human's affection. Due to her sight impairment, a secure environment is essential, yet she navigates her home with finesse once she’s familiar with it. She enjoys professional grooming every six weeks to keep her medium coat looking its best. This sweet girl loves car rides and being close to her person, and she deserves a caring forever home where she’ll feel loved and cherished. BlueJay is vaccinated and microchipped. We adopt only within the Greater LA areas, requiring an in-person meet and greet, home check, and trial period. Ready to bring this adorable companion into your family?
