About Mira D

**Meet Mira D - the sweetest little potato you'll ever love.** Mira is a senior girl with a charming little waddle and a soft heart. She may have a few extra pounds, but don’t let that fool you—this gentle soul is full of love and still has plenty of happy moments to share. At first, she can be a bit shy, but she’s happiest when close to her favorite person. When you sit down, don’t be surprised if Mira makes her way over to curl up right next to you. While she isn’t a big kisser yet, she shows affection simply by following you from room to room, napping nearby, and wanting to be involved in your daily routine. She's perfectly content relaxing at home while you’re away but would happily accompany you when you’re out and about. With her sore knees and a collapsing trachea that causes occasional coughing, Mira prefers leisurely strolls over vigorous adventures. Most days, you can find her sniffing the grass in the yard or curling up with a beloved chew treat, which she proudly carries to her bed. Every now and then, her playful side shines through as she drops into an adorable play bow, inviting you to come and play. It's hard not to smile at her antics. Mira has great house manners and seems to have lived in a home before. She's house-trained and does well when left alone, enjoying her time in a fenced yard. She greets new people with quiet acceptance, especially if they offer belly rubs. Even fireworks have little effect on this easygoing girl. Mira will soon visit the vet for wellness care and spay, ready to embrace her next chapter. If you’re looking for a gentle companion who asks for a cozy spot to rest and a few tasty treats, Mira is here to fill that role with love. She may waddle instead of run, but she'll walk straight into your heart and make herself at home there forever. **Click apply to start the adoption process.**
