About Odele
Odele is a vibrant 2.5-month-old Dachshund mix, ready to find her forever home! This sweet little girl currently lives in a shelter in Puerto Rico and is excited to join her new family in the DC area. Odele thrives during her socialization period and enjoys the company of other dogs, cats, and kids, as long as she receives the patience and training she needs. Odele wants a home where she can play, socialize, and enjoy plenty of walks to explore her new neighborhood. Sheβs playful, full of energy, and definitely in need of some puppy zoomies! A puppy obedience class will help her show off just how smart she is. Remember, Odele will need multiple potty breaks throughout the day, so if you work a standard 8-hour day, be sure you're ready to make arrangements that keep her happy. Adopters must be attentive to her vetting and spay/neuter requirements, which will need to be completed by October 17, 2026.
