About Sulie
Meet Sulie, a delightful Dachshund mix with a big heart and a playful spirit! At about one year old, she’s ready for a fresh start and a family to love. We found her in rural Puerto Rico with her puppies, and now that they’re all grown, it's Sulie’s turn for some pampering. Sulie weighs around 21 lbs and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great companion for an active household. She hasn't been around cats or kids, but her adaptability might work well if introduced properly. Sulie is currently in a rescue facility in Puerto Rico but will soon arrive in Washington, DC, where she needs a foster or forever home. This little gem is looking for someone committed to helping her adjust to her new life. A resident dog would be especially beneficial to boost her confidence. Regular walks, trips to the dog park, or playdates could be part of her new routine. Dogs from Puerto Rico do require a bit of extra attention when settling in, but the rewards are immense.
