About Harrington
Meet Harrington, or Harry as his friends call him. This 8-month-old Husky mix is a vibrant bundle of joy, weighing around 60 pounds. With his striking blue eyes and playful spirit, heβs the kind of pup that turns heads all around Overland Park. Harry is the definition of a lively teenager. He thrives on activity, whether itβs proudly carrying his toys around, digging into the toy basket, or zooming around the house. Yet, after some energetic playtime, he transforms into a gentle cuddlebug, eager to settle in and relax with his humans. This smart boy is already house trained and has earned the trust of his foster home by enjoying free-roaming space. Heβs making headway with his basic commands and walks nicely on-leash. Harry loves the company of other dogs, showing readiness to adapt well when corrected by his furry friends. While he might enjoy a canine buddy, he's also content on his own. Harry's passion for spending time with people is heartwarming. He enjoys bedtime cuddles and stealing the occasional hug. Though heβs still learning some puppy manners, like resisting the lure of unattended food, he shows tremendous potential with his eager-to-please attitude. For Harry, daily exercise and mental stimulation are vital. Though he doesnβt need endless running, regular walks and playtime keep him happy. This loving pup is looking for a forever home that understands the spirited nature of Huskies. All pets from Heart of America Humane Society come spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. The adoption fee is $250. Your new best friend is just one click away!
