About Ginger
Ginger is a sweet little dog weighing in at 16 pounds. She was adopted at 8 weeks in 2022 but recently returned due to a change in her family’s living situation. Her foster family notes that Ginger settled right into their home and is wonderfully house trained—she’s never had an accident. While she's adjusting to crate training, she hasn’t shown any destructive behavior when left unsupervised, and she walks well on a leash. Though she was an only pet before, she enjoys the company of other dogs, even if she's still figuring out how to play with them. Ginger loves a few favorite toys and generously shares them with her furry friends. Chasing cats is a part of her personality, but she responds well to corrections, whether it’s a firm ‘no’ or a gentle bop from a cat. Ginger’s true passion, however, is snuggling. She would be overjoyed to cuddle with someone all day, and she loves an occasional outing for a pup cup. If you're seeking a small companion filled with affection and a knack for nuzzling, Ginger might just be the perfect match for you!
