About Moe
Moe is a timid soul with a gentle heart who has faced more challenges than any cat should endure. After being abandoned in a Morristown park, he is slowly learning how to trust again, thanks to kind interactions and supportive people around him. Despite his cautious demeanor, Moe possesses a sweet spirit just waiting to reveal itself. With the right patience and care, his true character will emerge, and the connection you create together will be special. Moe's journey to confidence has incredible potential β he simply needs a compassionate person to guide him. Is that person you? Moe appears in one of the photos with Mikah, the cat who accompanied him to Noah's Arc. All animals at Noahβs Arc are spayed or neutered, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, and have received flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. The adoption fee contributes toward these essential services and helps with ongoing rescue efforts. Remember, applying does not commit you to adopt. If your application fits Moe or another pet, a volunteer will reach out to you promptly. Please note that meet and greets are scheduled by appointment due to the volunteer-run nature of the shelter.

Questions about Moe
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Moe, being a tabby, is generally adaptable and can thrive in a range of living environments. However, a quiet home where he can feel safe to adjust would be ideal.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Moe would appreciate a safe outdoor area or a secure space for supervised play, but indoor life in a loving home would suit him just fine.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
With his shy nature, Moe might be better suited for a quieter home without young children who may overwhelm him. Gentle older children who understand his need for space might be acceptable.
