Rajah
AvailableRajah is a medium-sized, short-haired female Tiger and Tabby mix with a unique combination of tabby colors. At around 3 years old, she is spayed, litterbox trained, and up to date on all her vaccinations. Rajah currently lives in Cosby, TN, and thrives in a calm setting with other cats to help her feel more comfortable.
About Rajah
Rajah is finally getting her moment. Trapped from a feral colony under the assumption she was pregnant, Rajah instead came in with FIP and a belly full of fluid. She went through 84 days of daily injections and another 84 days of observation—no small feat for any cat. These days, Rajah's bloodwork is solid. She’s spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV, FeLV, and heartworm. Socially, Rajah is semi-feral and extremely shy. She needs a lot of patience to build trust. Once she's comfortable, you can pet her, especially if another confident, social cat is by her side—she clearly finds reassurance in feline company. Pairing her with a friendly outgoing cat will set her up for success in a new home. Rajah is accustomed to dogs of all sizes but will hide from rambunctious or high-energy ones. She spends most of her days in windows or lounging on cat trees. She prefers quiet, moves quickly away from fast humans, and will do best in a calm, adult-only household. She is litterbox trained and must live indoors. If you move slowly with her, Rajah has it in her to open up, given the right circumstances. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
