About Brownie
Meet Brownie, a 2-year-old, 20-lb Miniature Poodle currently staying in a foster home in Southport, CT. He was saved from a tough situation, pulled from the euthanasia list in Yonkers, NY, and is now looking for a patient family to give him the love he deserves. Brownie is a smart and loyal companion who forms deep bonds with his humans. He may require a little time to build trust, but once he does, he showers you with affection and cuddles. This velcro poodle loves pets, holding your hand, and snuggling close. He thrives in calm environments, especially in homes without children. If there's a doggy roommate, they should be gentle and not overly excitable. Brownie enjoys his toys, going for walks, and is well-behaved at home. He’s house trained and doesn’t need crating when you leave. If you think you can provide a loving space for Brownie, he and his foster mom, Amanda, would be happy to meet you in Ansonia, CT.
