About Fiona
Fiona is a spirited Chi-weenie mix looking for her forever home in Central Florida, specifically the Orlando area. At just 11 weeks old, she weighs 4.6 pounds and embodies the playful and adventurous spirit of her namesake from Shrek. This little girl loves her toys, enjoys wrestling with her brother Felix, and is sure to bring joy and laughter with her antics. She's energetic and curious, so she'll need a patient owner willing to guide her as she learns about the world and basic commands. Though Fiona is currently working on house training and has not yet been on a leash, her food motivation will help her pick up skills quickly. It's essential to supervise her during her playful moments, as she's currently in that puppy chewing phase. Fiona thrives on companionship, especially with small playful dogs. While she hasn't been around children, her small size makes her a better fit for a home with older kids who will understand how to play gently. Fiona can be vocal when left alone, making a single-family home a better fit for her needs. She will need plenty of playtime and enough companionship while she continues to settle in. Despite her young age, she already shows promise as a loving companion. If you're ready for a lively and loving addition to your family, Fiona could be the perfect match for you! **Local adoption only:** The cost of Fiona's follow-up vaccinations and spay, which must be done through Poodle and Pooch Rescue's vetting partner, is included in her adoption donation of $550.
