He's used to being the only dog and gets along with dogs his size, but he prefers larger canine friends and does not do well with very small dogs or cats. Max is playful, friendly, and exhibits great manners, sleeping through the night quietly in his bed. He's house trained and fine to be left loose at home, though he prefers not to be crated. Max enjoys playing with toys and will even entertain himself with a soccer ball! He is not food motivated but has started munching on veggies as treats.
