Meet Rhino, the pocket-sized bulldog with the heart of a giant. This little guy stands just under 12 inches tall and is a solid 37 lbs. Rhino's endearing stature and charming personality make him a true gem. He might look like a prehistoric cutie with those adorable charges, but his spirit is anything but ancient. Rhino has overcome challenges due to severe congenital musculoskeletal abnormalities; he walks on his front carpal joints but doesn't let that deter his zest for life. Rhino is a real Velcro dog, always keen to stay close to his favorite humans. He enjoys following you around and curling up nearby, relishing every moment of companionship. Given his separation anxiety, he’d thrive in a loving home where someone can be with him most of the day. Although he does just fine with dogs of all sizes, he prefers calmer buddies and would do best in an adult-only environment. While he's making strides in potty training (sporting a belly band in the meantime), he needs gentle support, including a place without too many stairs. Rhino's unique challenges do not define him; his love, affection, and determination shine through.
