About Kangaroo
Meet Kangaroo, affectionately known as Roo! At just 9 months old, this charming little Yorkshire Terrier is eager to bounce into a loving forever home. Roo has a knack for treasure hunting, proudly collecting toys and occasionally “claiming” socks or slippers as part of his stash. If you’re missing something, his pile is a good place to start! This sweet, playful guy thrives with both dogs and cats, so he must have another friendly canine companion to help him feel secure as he adjusts to indoor life. Although Roo came from a commercial breeding background, he’s already become braver with each passing day, tackling new experiences like a champ—bath time and grooming included! Crate trained and making strides in potty training, Roo is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He did test Lyme positive but has successfully completed treatment and is doing well. Roo seeks a patient family who appreciates the journey of building confidence and celebrating small victories, all while sharing their home with a tiny collector of misplaced treasures.
