About Peanut
Meet Peanut, your tiny shadow with a big heart! If you’re searching for a companion who believes in the art of closeness, Peanut is the one. This sweet Chihuahua mix is all about cuddles, often snuggling up right beside you. Whether he’s napping with his little paw against your arm or curled up close, Peanut loves staying connected. Don’t let his calm demeanor fool you; Peanut has plenty of playful energy. He enjoys outdoor adventures, proudly keeping watch for ‘dangerous’ squirrels and racing around with other pups during his zoomie sessions. Once playtime ends, Peanut is happy to settle in for ear scratches and more cozy cuddles. This laid-back boy rarely barks and has an easygoing personality that makes him a wonderful companion. He’s doing well with potty training and uses a doggy door, though you may find the occasional accident as he learns. Peanut is also getting the hang of crate training and willingly eats in his crate, although he'd prefer to sleep next to you at night. He loves small dogs and is a bit unsure of larger ones. Although Peanut has not been tested with cats or children, he's a champ during bath time. One thing to keep in mind is that he tends to get carsick, but riding safely in a harness in the back seat has worked well for him. If you’re ready for a loyal little buddy who will joyfully follow you and shower you with puppy snuggles, Peanut could be the perfect addition to your family. Is this affectionate little cuddle bug the missing piece your home has been waiting for?
