FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet Poby, a young neutered male Jindo who is currently looking for a new home in Bellevue, WA. His family has made the tough decision to rehome him due to the wife's injury, which has made it difficult for her to walk him. Poby is an active dog with a high prey drive and is always on the lookout for local rabbits. He is gentle and kind, often ignoring people on walks, but can be reactive to other dogs depending on the setting. Poby is up to date on vaccinations and receives regular flea and tick prevention. He weighs under 50lbs and enjoys a balanced diet of kibble supplemented with boiled chicken and treats. A volunteer noticed he’s both an indoor and outdoor dog who enjoys lounging in his doghouse and playing tug-of-war with his toys. This sweet dog knows basic commands and is generally well-behaved. He might pull on the leash if given too much slack, but he loves his walks. He has had a few moments of nipping when feeling threatened, but he shows no aggression and gets along well with most dogs. While he can be a little stubborn when it comes to baths, he has learned to tolerate them. Poby doesn’t experience separation anxiety, but he does need regular exercise and stimulation to keep him happy. He could be a wonderful addition to a loving home that understands his needs.
