Meet Redd, better known as Major! This friendly, middle-aged gentleman is looking for his forever home. With a balanced medium energy level, he enjoys both walks and relaxation, making him the ideal companion for outings and cozy nights alike. Major is well-mannered and house-trained. He walks nicely on a leash and knows several commands, including sit, lay, stay, and eat. Not only is he smart, but he also loves solving dog puzzles and enjoys tug-of-war with his favorite rope toy. As a social butterfly, Major gets along great with other dogs and thrives in the company of men, women, and children. He’s a wonderful fit for an active family but would prefer a home without cats. One thing to keep in mind is his sensitive stomach and chicken allergy; he does best on a salmon- or seafood-based diet and enjoys pumpkin and veggie purees as treats. Above all, Major is full of love and affection without being demanding. If you’re seeking a well-rounded companion who will partake in adventures and cuddle afterward, Major is ready to meet you!
