About Kai

Meet Kai, a beautiful Shepherd mix who is ready to find his new home. At 2 years old and weighing 63 pounds, he brings a lot of love to a potential family, even if he's a work in progress. Kai arrived at the shelter on June 27th due to his previous owner moving. Currently, he doesn't get along with other dogs and prefers to keep his food to himself, so a home without other pets would suit him best. Although he’s still working on his potty training, he’s eager to learn. Soon, he will be neutered and microchipped, and he has tested negative for heartworm. All adoptions through Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb County come with vaccinations and other essentials. To know more about him, ask for ID# 20382 at the shelter, located at 1060 Al Bishop Dr, Marietta, GA 30008. Visit him during shelter hours, Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Ready to help Kai thrive in a loving home? Click apply to start the adoption process.
