Marshall
AvailableMarshall is a young, medium-sized neutered male Shepherd/Basset Hound mix with a playful temperament. He’s house trained and spending time in Kennesaw, GA, where he enjoys the attention and care from his rescue team. Marshall has been vaccinated, so he’s up to date on his shots, and is looking for a forever family to call his own.
About Marshall
Marshall is about a year old and weighs roughly 38 lbs. He came from animal control and has been making the most of his time at the rescue, building bonds with volunteers. Marshall brings a puppy’s playful energy and a sweet disposition, always ready to share kisses and soak up attention. He did a stint in a foster training program, where he picked up basic commands and worked on leash manners—a smart, food-motivated dog eager to keep learning, especially if snacks are involved. Marshall shows good house training on a shelter schedule and is reportedly friendly with other dogs, though he plays with some dominance. Meetings with resident dogs are encouraged to make sure the match fits, and homes with older kids (not toddlers) are preferred, since his exuberance could bowl little ones over. Cat compatibility isn't known. He prefers company and isn’t thrilled to be left alone but continues to practice crate manners. Toys and treats keep him happy. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on shots. He’s ready for a family that can give him steady guidance, exercise, and affection. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
