Meet Haku! This handsome young pup is a delightful mix of playful, smart, and eager to learn. He's already showing what a wonderful companion he can be—Haku sleeps soundly through the night, listens well to directions, and is a joy to walk on a leash. He enjoys meeting other dogs and takes everything in stride, making walks a fun adventure. Haku has lived in a foster home with young children and a small dog, where he thrived. Like any young dog, he's still figuring out appropriate boundaries with other canine friends, so any resident dogs should be ready to help him build good social skills. This boy is incredibly food motivated, which makes training both fun and effective. He loves earning treats and quickly catches on to new lessons. When he gets excited, Haku can be a little mouthy, but he’s making great progress with redirection. Just offer him a stuffed toy or a rope, and he'll happily redirect his energy. If you're seeking a sweet, playful pup who is eager to learn, loves adventure, and is ready to become your loyal best friend, Haku can't wait to meet you!
