Looking to add a touch of sparkle to your life? Meet Sparkle, an 8-year-old husky mix who has captured the hearts of everyone at the shelter. Upon her arrival, staff noted that Sparkle has some vision challenges; she is functionally blind and may require surgical intervention in the future. Despite this, Sparkle has shown remarkable adaptability. During a sleepover with a volunteer, she explored her environment confidently, sniffing every corner and bumping into furniture only occasionally. Sparkle formed a mental map of the space, quickly learning where to find her water and toys. Walking outside, she loves to be in front, energetically leading the way. While she can be a bit shy about entering cars, she's very tolerant when being carried. Sparkle's personality shines bright — she’s affectionate, playful, and loves squeaky toys. She’s mostly house-trained and adores other dogs. If you’re ready to provide love and care for a pup with unique needs, Sparkle is waiting to meet you.
