Stella
AvailableStella is a small, spayed female Jack Russell Terrier, approximately 2 years and 3 months old. She has a beautiful white and cream coat. Although she is house trained and vaccinated, she has some extra challenges due to her past. Currently in Cashmere, WA, she is a wonderful blend of resilience and affection, waiting for a loving family to welcome her home.
About Stella
Meet Stella. If she could share her story, it would be one of resilience and love. Stella was found in a tough spot, pregnant and missing a foot on one of her back legs. After successfully delivering her adorable puppies in a caring foster home, it was finally her turn to receive the care she deserves. Following her puppies' adoption, Stella underwent surgery to amputate her painful leg. Contrary to what one might expect, this change has led to a vibrant new life for her. At around 2-3 years old, she is more mobile and happy than ever. If you sit down, expect her to be close by, seeking out affection and connection. Stella is house trained, loves food, and walks well on a harness. However, the outside world can be daunting as it’s still quite new to her. She needs a patient family who can help her gain confidence and navigate this world of kindness and adventure. While she prefers the company of her humans over other dogs, Stella can peacefully coexist with a canine sibling if needed. She shows an incredible capacity for love and trust, despite the challenges she's faced. Now, all she needs is a family that can offer her the happy ending she truly deserves. Could that family be you? Located in a foster home in Cashmere, WA. Start your journey together! Apply now.
