About Star
Star is a sweet German Shepherd who is still finding her footing in the shelter environment. She shows her stress through barking, growling, and lunging when unfamiliar faces approach her kennel. However, given an opportunity to decompress, Star has begun to calm down, even walking nicely on a leash once she feels safe. A patient adopter or foster would be ideal for Star, allowing her the time and space to adjust at her own pace. As she settles in more, her true personality will emerge, along with a better understanding of what makes her feel secure. Star deserves a loving home where she can thrive. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and letโs get started.
