About Ranger
Ranger is a young German Shepherd Dog who has truly come into his own after a slow start. Early on, his behavior and medical quirks confused his caregivers, but with time and patience, Ranger's needs became clear. He has a mild neurological condition affecting his gait, but there's no orthopedic concern and, importantly, he isn't in pain. Keeping Ranger comfortable is pretty straightforward: regular, structured play and breaks for rest do the trick. This gentle soul gets along well with other dogs and lights up around active adults. For families with kids, he's best suited for those in their teenage years or older. Ranger is looking for a calm, committed home ready to bond deeply and enjoy his loyal companionship. The Happy Gentle Dogs team in Princeton gives adopters extra support, including two included education sessions and up to four more if you want to go all-in. In-person meetings are required in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and all adopters must be pre-approved. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
