Athena is house trained, vaccinated, and currently in New Rochelle, NY. She's known for being great with kids and other dogs, so she would make a wonderful addition to a family.
About Athena
Athena, formerly known as Itchy, is an outstanding German Shepherd residing in Texas while she completes her heartworm treatment. Thanks to her devoted fosters, Michele and Ernie, she's receiving the love and care she needs. At around one to one-and-a-half years old, Athena will soon be searching for her forever home. She’s great with children and gets along well with other dogs. In her foster home, she's shown a respectful curiosity towards cats, proving to be a gentle companion. Due to current restrictions, Athena is looking for adopters in the Northeast, excluding New York and Pennsylvania, or in Colorado. If you want a loyal companion who can fill your home with love and joy, Athena might just be the dog for you.
